Fair, humid weather to prevail across PH

By Ma. Cristina Arayata | Philippine News Agency

The weather bureau said fair and humid weather will prevail across the country Tuesday, June 14.

“The ridge of high pressure area (HPA) extending over the eastern section of Luzon causes fair and humid weather,” Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

He added that no low pressure area (LPA) was monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Aurelio, however, said the chances of isolated rains are still likely due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature could reach up to 35 °C in Tuguegarao; 34 °C in Legazpi; and 33 °C in Metro Manila.

Davao and Cebu’s maximum temperature could also reach 33 °C.

The whole archipelago will continue to experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas. – gb
