Fair weather over PH Monday

MANILA — Generally fair weather would prevail in most parts of the country as President Rodrigo Duterte is set to deliver his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to localized thunderstorms.

Flashfloods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 25-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 24-33 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-23 degrees Celsius; SBMA 24-32 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 25-33 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 24-32 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-32 degrees Celsius.
