Fair weather seen in next 3 days

Fair weather will prevail across the country in the next three days, the weather bureau said on Friday (Aug. 12).

“The southwest monsoon is still affecting central and southern Luzon, but fair weather will be experienced over Metro Manila and the whole country,” Ezra Bulquerin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

He added that isolated rain showers are likely, especially in the afternoon or evening.

Bulquerin said no low pressure area (LPA) was seen to affect the country.

Meanwhile, PAGASA forecast light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas to prevail over the entire archipelago. (PNA) – bny
