MANILA — The country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rain showers on Saturday, the weather bureau said.

The northeast monsoon will cause isolated light rains over the Ilocos, Cordillera, and Cagayan Valley regions, according to the forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Localized thunderstorms will bring isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago, it added.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over Luzon and the eastern part of the Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
