Fair weather seen Sunday

MANILA — The country will experience fair weather and few areas will have scattered rain showers due to the easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country, the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Caraga, Davao, Aurora and Quezon.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over extreme northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail over the rest of northern Luzon. Its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
