Fair weather Tuesday in most parts of PH

MANILA—Fair weather will prevail in most parts of the country on Tuesday with scattered rain showers particularly in the afternoon in some areas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its 24-hour weather forecast, Pagasa said the ridge of high-pressure area is currently affecting Luzon and the Visayas while easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific is affecting the rest of the country.

Metro Manila is likely to experience cloudy to partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila is expected between 25 to 35 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 26 to 37 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17 to 25 degrees Celsius; and Zamboanga City at 23 to 33 degrees Celsius. (Lily Ramos/PNA)
