FDA warns public vs ‘virginity soap’

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an advisory on Friday, July 29, against the purchase and use of a “virginity soap” being sold online.

Through FDA Advisory No.1470, the agency advised consumers not to buy Bar Bilat.

The FDA said the cosmetic bar is “unauthorized.”


It also cautioned the public from purchasing and using the following “unauthorized products.”
