MANILA—Crisp, cold morning and sunny day would prevail over most parts of the country, the weather bureau said Monday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), in its 4 a.m. forecast, said the easterlies is affecting the eastern section of the country.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country would be partly cloudy to cloudy, with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
The winds in the northern and eastern sections of Luzon coming from the east will be moderate, with moderate coastal waters on the seaboards.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 23-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-25 degrees Celsius; Angeles City 24-23 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 25-30 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-31 degrees Celsius, and Metro Davao 25-32 degrees Celsius.
