A shear line affecting Central Luzon and the northeast monsoon in Northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Sunday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, and Camarines Norte provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to a shear line.

Scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.

In the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.
