Government to strengthen DICT’s National Broadband Program

The government will strengthen the National Broadband Program of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) that will be a big help for areas placed under the “new normal.”

The NBP is expected to provide a faster broadband connection in all public sectors in the country since majority of the transactions under the said measure will be online. The areas with broadband connections include hospitals, public schools and other public spaces. – PTV News
