Grab to ferry airport passengers for free on June 15 to 30

Ride-hailing app Grab Philippines will ferry airport passengers for free on June 15 to, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said Saturday, June 4.

DOTr said Grab Philippines will service passengers arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 2 and 3.

DOTr Secretary Art Tugade welcomed the participation of the ride-hailing app in the government’s Libreng Sakay Program.

“Malaking bagay itong Libreng Sakay mula sa Grab para sa ating mga pasahero upang agaran silang makauwi sa kani-kanilang mga tahanan,” Tugade said.

About 100 Grab units will be deployed to service airport passengers from NAIA to any point in Metro Manila.

Airport passengers can book free rides at the Grab booths located at the arrival areas of NAIA 2 and 3 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. beginning June 15. – gb
