Group of artists to organize exhibit as help for Marawi rehabilitation


A group of artists is set to organize an exhibition of paintings which will help Marawi City in its rehabilitation.

The project is entitled “Bagong Taon, bagong pag-asa para sa bagong Marawi” which will run for a week from January 28-February 2, 2018 in ASPACE, 5th Floor, 110 Legaspi Street, Makati City.

The exhibition will be participated by 25 well-known artists who vowed to showcase their artworks for the benefit of Marawi City.

Part of the proceeds, which is about 50 percent of the cost of each artwork will directly go to Marawi City thru Mayor Majul Gandamra who already confirmed his attendance on the opening of the exhibit which is scheduled on the 28th of January 2018.

The artists who have already confirmed their participation in the exhibit are Eman Santos, Ysa Gernale, Buds Convocar, Robert Deniega, Aner Sebastian, Danny Pangan, Jo Antonio Balbarona, Salvador Ching, Mark Bello, Julius Legaspi, Jerico De Leon, Emmanuel Nim, Jojo Ramirez, Jonathan Joven, Clarisse Aguilera, Ediefer Gutierrez, Nelson Ricahuerta, Ojing Señara, John Perry Pellejera, Art Lozano, Rudin Gonzales, Rene Robles, Ojing Senara, Joseph Villamar, CJ Tanedo and Cybill Marie.
