The May 9 national elections emerged as the most searched topic in Google, with “Halalan” topping the search engine’s list.
“VaxCertPh,” the country’s vaccination certificate, followed at second and “precinct finder” at third.
Also on the top 10 trending searches are “Wordle,” “All of Us Are Dead,” “Warriors vs Celtics,” “Ukraine,” “Encanto,” “Axie Infinity,” and “Jeffrey Dahmer.”
Meanwhile, Korean zombie series “All of Us Are Dead” named the most searched television series or drama and “Encanto” as the most searched movie.
“Lists are based on search terms that had the highest spike this year as compared to the previous year,” Google said. -ag
