HTAC: Getting vaccinated is a way to help the community

By Pearl Gumapos

Getting vaccinated is not just a personal decision but a way to help the community, Health and Technology Assessment Council (HTAC) member Dr. Maria Carinnes Alejandria said Thursday (May 27) in the Laging Handa public briefing.

She said there is public distrust regarding the available vaccines in the country, and that people tend to prefer a certain brand.

Alejandria added that vaccines have their limitations, citing Pfizer as an example.

-jlo
