IATF-EID approves opening of classes on August 24

The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) approved the school opening on August 24 for the school year 2020-2021.

Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Leonor Briones clarified that there will be no face-to-face classes. The situation of an area will depend on its preparedness for blended learning. State television and radio can also be used as a learning medium besides online learning.
