Iloilo bettor takes home over P225M Lotto jackpot

A lone bettor from Iloilo took home a total of P225,248,638 million jackpot from 6/45 Mega Lotto, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced over the weekend.

PCSO said the bettor correctly guessed the winning combination of 14-05-44-25-01-36.

The winning ticket was bought in Pavia.

Meanwhile, another bettor from Iloilo City won the P44 million 6/42 Lotto jackpot on May 11.

The bettor guessed the correct combination of 36-07-19-26-08-01.

PCSO said prizes above P10,000 are subject to 20% tax pursuant to TRAIN Law.

Meanwhile, prizes not claimed by the winner within one year from the date of draw will be considered forfeited. -ag
