Intermittent rains in parts of PH Wednesday: PAGASA

MANILA—The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern section of central and southern Luzon and the northeast monsoon will bring scattered rains in some parts of the country.

In its 24-hour forecast, the state weather agency said Bicol region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the tail-end of the cold front with possible flashfloods or landslides produced by light to moderate or heavy rains in the afternoon.

Cagayan Valley region will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. (Lily O. Ramos/PNA)
