Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles is bent on probing police officers connected to the recycling of illegal drugs seized during arrests. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has confirmed that there are “Ninja” cops associated with the drug queen who is believed to be a politician and is allegedly one of the top traders of millions worth of shabu in the Manila.
