The northern and eastern sections of Luzon will have moderate to strong winds from the northeast with moderate to rough coastal waters.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao 22-31 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-25 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-32 degrees Celsius, and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius.
