MANILA — Most parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers, while northern Luzon will have light rains caused by the tail-end of a cold front, the weather bureau said on Tuesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over the Cordillera region and Cagayan Valley, and cloudy skies with rains and thunderstorms will prevail over Caraga.

The Ilocos region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, it added.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the easterlies.

Strong winds will blow over northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
