Isolated rains continue over PH Friday

MANILA — The whole archipelago will continue to experience isolated rain showers on Friday, the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the easterlies affecting the Visayas and Mindanao will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over these islands, as well as in Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan).

The same weather condition will prevail over the rest of Luzon due to localized thunderstorms, it added.

Moderate to strong winds will blow over northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
