MANILA — Most parts of the archipelago will continue to experience isolated rain showers, the weather bureau said on Friday.

In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the frontal system affecting northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Group of Islands.
The same weather condition will prevail over eastern Visayas, Palawan and Mindoro due to the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
