Israel medical experts, pinuri ang handling at vaccination process ng Taguig

Pinuri ng mga medical experts galing Israel ang pamamalakad ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Taguig sa pagbabakuna kontra COVID-19.

Kasabay ito ng pagdalaw ng mga naturang foreign experts kasama ang ilang miyembro ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) sa mega vaccination hub sa lungsod ngayong araw.

Anila, nakita nila ang professionalism ng lokal na pamahalaan pagdating sa proseso ng pagbabakuna. Ang nakikita naman nilang pagsubok sa distribusyon ay ang heyograpiya ng bansa.

“The challenges the Philippines are facing are enormous in terms of geographic situation,” ani Adam Nicholas Segal.

“The best way is to use a combination of strategies – a combination of where you store the vaccines, the way you ship them whether by land, by sea, by air,” ani Dafna Segol.

Samantala, ayon kay testing czar Sec. Vince Dizon, naabot na ng bansa kahapon ang pinakamaraming nabakunahan sa isang araw na nasa 353,000 katao.

Iniulat naman ng Department of Health (DOH) na nasa 9 milyong bakuna na ang naiturok sa bansa. Naniniwala ang pamahalaan na magiging tuloy-tuloy na ang mabilis na pagbabakuna sa bansa at maabot na rin ang population protection. – Ulat ni Louisa Erispe/AG-jlo
