ITCZ affecting PH

MANILA—An intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Thursday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said scattered rain showers are expected in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Western and Central Visayas and Mindanao.

Residents in the affected areas are warned of possible flooding or flashfloods due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Temperature in Manila ranges from 25-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 25-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17- 25 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-31 degrees Celsius and Metro Davao 23-32 degrees Celsius. ( Lily Ramos/PNA)
