ITCZ to bring scattered rains over VisMin on Monday

MANILA — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over these islands, the weather bureau said on Monday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will blow over the whole archipelago with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
