Kauna-unahang blood bank station ng QC Red Cross sa Novaliches, binuksan

Binuksan na ngayong araw (Enero 27) sa publiko ang kauna-unahang blood bank ng Philippine Red Cross – Quezon City Chapter sa Novaliches.

Ang Blood Collection Unit-Blood Station ay nasa Pamilyang Malusog Building sa Barangay Hall Compound sa Greater Fairview.

Naitayo ito sa tulong at inisyatiba ni Quezon City District 5 Councilor Patrick Michael Vargas.

Sinabi ni Councilor Vargas na napapanahon ang pagbukas ng blood bank sa dami ng tao na nangangailangan ng suplay ng dugo.

Nagpahayag na rin ng kahandaan ang Red Cross na tumanggap ng blood donors para sa kabubukas na blood bank.  (Radyo Pilipinas)  -ag
