Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairperson Richard Gordon recommended that the root of the problem should be dealt with and that personalities involved be held accountable. Former BuCor Chief Nicanor Faeldon suggested a stronger intelligence activity to stop the illicit transactions within the prison walls.
