Landslide in Colombia kills at least eight

A landslide triggered by heavy rains in Colombia left at least eight people dead and around 20 missing, authorities said Tuesday.

The disaster happened on a road linking Bogota to the southeast of the country near the town of Puente Quetame, civil defense director Jorge Diaz told the Noticias Caracol television station.
