Lone bettor from QC bags P103-M Ultra Lotto pot

A lone bettor from Quezon City is the newest multi-millionaire after hitting all the six-number combinations of the Ultra Lotto 6/58 drawn on Tuesday night.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the winner placed his bet from Fishers’ Mall outlet in Barangay Santa Cruz, Quezon Avenue, and hit the winning numbers – 09-56-36-07-55-54.

The total jackpot prize was P103,439,627.60.

The bettor has one year to claim the prize at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City.  He needs to present the winning ticket and two valid identification cards.

The lotto winnings of more than P10,000 are subject to a 20% tax.

PCSO said prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.

Meanwhile, two other bettors won P120,000 each for hitting five out of the six winning digits, while 350 will get P2,000 each for four correct digits, and 9,842 will settle for P100 each for three correct digits.

The Ultra Lotto 6/58 is drawn every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
