In observance of National Heroes’ Day, Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana encouraged the perpetuation of the culture of patriotism and heroism among young people. One good way to instill the love of country is through the proposed Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) for the grades 11 to 12 students.
