MANILA — Two weather systems are affecting the country — a low pressure area and the southwest monsoon — bringing rains in most parts of the country Tuesday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the LPA was spotted at 580 east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan at 3 a.m.

The southwest monsoon will bring rain showers and thunderstorms in Metro Manila, the regions of Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Mimaropa, Bicol and the Visayas.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorm.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 25-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 25-35 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17-23 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 24-32 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius.
