Manila to implement road closures during Bar exams

Several roads will be closed on Sept. 17, 20, and 24 due to the conduct of the 2023 Bar examination at the University of Santo Tomas and San Beda University.

The following streets will be closed on the said dates from 3:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

– Dapitan St. (from Lacson Ave. to Padre Noval St.)
– España Blvd. Westbound (2 lanes, from Lacson Ave. to Padre Noval St.)

Meanwhile, the following streets will be closed from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

– Legarda St. eastbound (2 lanes, from San Rafael St. to Mendiola St.)
– Mendiola St. (both lanes, from Peace Arch to Malacañang Gate)
– Concepcion Aguila St. (both lanes, from Mendiola St. to Jose Laurel St.)

Heavy traffic is also expected in both areas during the Bar exams period.
