Marikina LGU to file raps vs. persons who dumped pig carcasses

The City Government of Marikina has identified the origin of the dead pigs dumped into the Marikina River. Mayor Marcelino Teodoro said that the Department of Agriculture has already been informed about the pinpointed source and assured appropriate charges will be filed against individuals who violated the Clean Water Act and Sanitation Code.
