Mayor Inday Sara warns public vs campaign fund scam

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio warned the public against a group illegally soliciting money for her campaign funds for the 2022 Presidential Elections.

A report has reached me that several individuals are asking for money from other people and various groups, including businessmen, to use for my Presidential campaign funds).”

The First Daughter has initially denied that she will run for President in 2022. She also cautioned the public against the said rip-off.

They have no permission from me. Do not believe them. Do not give money. This is a scam or a kind of trick. They will only use the collected money for their own interest).”

Mayor Duterte-Carpio asked the public to report to the police if they have encountered the modus operandi. – Report from Mela Lesmoras
