MMDA to implement rerouting plan for Marcos Jr’s first SONA

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Monday, July 18, that it will implement a traffic rerouting plan for the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. on July 25.

The MMDA advised the motorists to take alternate routes as heavy traffic is expected especially along the Commonwealth Avenue area.

Motorists going to and from Quezon Memorial Circle and Fairview shall take the Elliptical Road, North Avenue, Mindanao Avenue, Sauyo Road or Quirino Highway, and Commonwealth Avenue.

 

The MMDA has provided different alternate routes for trucks and light vehicles. – ag
