Mommy Caring reyna sa PSA Cup

Hindi man lang nagkaron ng pagkakataon ang mga nakalaban ni Mommy Caring nang manalo sa 2021 PHILRACOM-Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Stakes Race na ginanap sa San Lazaro Leisure Park sa Carmona, Cavite, noong Linggo (Nov. 7) ng hapon.

Nirendahan ni Lester De Jesus, sinunggaban agad ng anak nina Striding Ahead at On A Mission na si Mommy Caring ang unahan paglabas ng aparato upang hawakan ang dalawang kabayong bentahe sa sumesegundong si Arrabiata.

Papalapit ng far turn, sinikap dumikit nina Arrabiata at Tocque Bell pero nabigo ang mga ito at lalo pang lumayo si Mommy Caring sa rektahan.

Nirehistro ni Mommy Caring ang ang 1:41.9 (24′-24′-24′-28) minuto sa 1,600 meter race sapat upang hamigin ng winning horse owner na si James Anthony Rabano.ang P300,000 premyo.

“Inasahan ko na kami ang mananalo,” saad ni de Jesus na humiling na huling papasok ng aparato si Mommy Caring. “Mabisyo siya kaya talagang ni-request ko na huli siyang papasok.”

Nasilo ni Luke Skywalker ang P100,000 habang napunta ang P50,000 at P25,000 sa third at fourth placers na sina Tocque Bell at Money Changer ayon sa pagkakasunod.

Pumang-lima si Arrabiata habang pang-anim si Roll Da Dice na nakapag-uwi ng tig P15,000 at P10,000 sa event na suportado ng Philippine Racing Commission, (PHILRACOM) sa pamumuno ni chairman Reli De Leon.

Nagpapasalamat ang PSA sa PHILRACOM sa pagdaos ng event, nangako naman si de Leon na gagawin annual event ang nasabing karera. (PR) – bny
