More criminal convicts freed under the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law surrendered after Pres. Rodrigo Duterte gave 15 days to turn themselves in. According to the Philippine National Police (PNP) more than 60 convicts have surrendered since the Chief Executive issued the directive on September 4.
