MRT-3 initially deploys one Dalian train set

The first Dailan train unit of the Manila Metro Rail Transit System Line 3 (MRT-3) made its public service debut, four years after its acquisition. The train set has 3 cars which will operate during off-peak hours from 8:30-10:30PM. Department of Transportation (DOTr) MRT3 director Mike Capati said that the new train set runs on limited time so that it could be observed by Sumitomo Corporation, its maintainance provider.
