The implementation of the pilot test for the national ID or the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) will start tomorrow. According to the Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) beneficiaries, PSA employees and selected bodies of government agencies will be registered in the program. The PhilSys is expected to roll-out completely by mid-2020.
