By Angel Atienza

Basketball legend and 2-time NBA champion Ray Allen is in Manila.

In his Instagram account Ray Allen (trayfour), Allen first shared his boarding pass from Hong Kong to Manila.

He then posted a picture of Makati streets where he said he ventured in the unknown.

“Me and @tyfleming3 ventured into the unknown this morning. We ran through many different neighborhoods often times hoping we were heading in the right direction. The traffic was everywhere!!! #carpediem #tuktuk #manilamiles#runtheworld #runningisfree,” Allen said on his instagram post.

It is still not clear why and how long Allen will be in the country.

The stopover came after Metta World Peace’s visit just this month and before Lebron James visit in the country this weekend.

42-year old Allen, known as one of the best three-point and free throw shooters in NBA history last played for Miami Heat in 2014. | Angel Atienza – PTV Sports
