To provide quality police service to the public, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) on Monday launched its official website as part of its initiative for quality service in timely dissemination of factual data and promoting public engagement of the police in Metro Manila with the aid of technology.

NCRPO Director, Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, said through www.ncrpo.pnp.gov.ph, they will be able to attain the main objective of providing the public the zeal of transparency, good governance and community partnership.

He said the NCRPO website has undergone improvements and developments that aimed to have a more user-friendly site that the public and the media can easily access.

“The NCRPO is committed to provide quality police services. Gaya ng inaasahan, dito mas mabilis ang aksyon at impormasyon para sa lahat (Just as expected, this will help us act quickly and provide reliable information to everyone). Also, we stake our reputation of reliability as we promote public participation and encourage collaboration with the PNP through our NCRPO hotline services, texts or emails and in our social media sites — meaning we must respond accordingly for every single query, request for police assistance, tips or reports of suspicious persons and untoward incident,” Eleazar said during the website’s launching in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig.

The Metro Manila’s top cop also assured that through this website, the people can expect a better quality of service from the police force.

“I am urging all of you in the NCRPO to push forward our commitment to service and success for the residents of Metro Manila,” Eleazar said.
