NE monsoon brings light to moderate rains over PH Wednesday

MANILA — The northeast monsoon continues to affect most parts of the country, bringing light to moderate rains on Wednesday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the weather bureau said the province of Aurora and the Cagayan Valley region would have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers. Light rains would shower the province of Quezon and the Cordillera Administrative Region.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-30 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-23 degrees Celsius; Tagaytay City 18-27 degrees Celsius, Metro Cebu 26-31 degrees Celsius and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius.
