Northeast monsoon continues to affect Luzon

MANILA—The northeast monsoon (amihan) would bring isolated light rains over northern and central Luzon on Thursday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 22-32; Baguio 15-25; Metro Cebu 25-31; and Metro Davao 25-33.
