MANILA — Most parts of the archipelago will continue to experience light rains due to the northeast monsoon affecting the whole country, the weather bureau said Sunday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Cagayan Valley, Bicol, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, on the other hand, will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, strong winds will blow over the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas. Coastal waters along these areas will be rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be moderate to strong with moderate to rough seas, PAGASA said.
