Northeast monsoon to bring light rains Tuesday

MANILA — The northeast monsoon continues to affect the country on Tuesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4 a.m. forecast that the northeast monsoon would bring light rains over the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Davao, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.

Temperature in Manila ranges from 22-29 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City, 19-26 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 12-20 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu, 25-29 degrees Celsius; and Davao City, 24-30 degrees Celsius.
