NTC supports the use of radio, TV for education

The National Telecommunications Commissions (NTC) supports the plan of the Department of Education (DepEd) to use radio and television to teach students this coming school year.

NTC Commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba has urged radio, television and cable operators to broadcast educational materials as part of the basic education learning continuity plan of the department.

The NTC has also reminded radio and television stations that their obligation to the public is to give the right information and education. – PTV News
