The National Youth Commission (NYC) upped its efforts to raise awareness on the dangers of the human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV) among young people. From their end, musical artists and the government put their stakes to support this cause through a concert and an annual PhP1 billion -allocation for the treatment of HIV patients, respectively.
