Bacolod City – Police Regional Office 8 – Police Station 3 operatives in Barangay Banaco dealt a serious blow to drug distribution and illegal gambling activities in the sugar country capital when it shot it out and killed 2 high profile drug personalities and arrested 6 more narcotics and illegal gambling suspects last Thursday, May 24.
PSI Victor Paulino of Station 3 sustained injuries but is one of the valiant cops in the firefight believed to have slain high value target Robert Lim and notorious drug pusher Ramy Poja of the Poja Drug Gang.
A cache of crystal meth in the amount of 56 grams valued at P840,000.00, together with a rifle a .45 caliber handgun, and and assorted drug paraphernalia were retrieved at the scene of the shootout.
