A security personnel of the Office of Transportation Security (OTS) was arrested on Wednesday, March 1, for allegedly stealing a Chinese passenger’s watch at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1.

Valeriano Diaz Ricaplaza, 31, was arrested by the Philippine National Police Aviation Security ( (PNP-AVSE) Group and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA)-Airport Police Department.
