Over 17,000 teachers pass LET

A total of 17,848 passed the March 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

The licensure exam was given last March 27 in 24 testing centers all over the country.

A total of 10,039 elementary teachers out of 20,567 examinees passed the LET. Meanwhile, a total of 7,809 secondary teachers out of 18,717 likewise passed the licensure exam.

Maricris Quingco Colipano from Cebu Technological University ranked first in the elementary level.

Kim Paulino Ravida from the University of Southeastern Philippines-Davao City placed first in the secondary level. 

No school qualified as the top-performing school in the elementary level, while Polytechnic University of the Philippines emerged as the top-performing school in the secondary level with a passing rate of 81.25.-gb
